Although there is nothing “standard” about our doors, we do build a variety of doors using traditional designs. All our doors are are built with true stiles and rails. We create real panels, not wood slabs with trim applied to them. All of our doors are solid wood custom crafted, not hollow core filled. All exterior doors are 1-3/4″ thick and all interior doors are 1-3/8″ thick. Interior doors are available with MDF Panels. You can order our doors in solid wood or open for glass. In addition, we can custom make any door up to three inches thick.

Because of possible warping, we will not warranty doors over 8′ tall made from certain woods. In addition, we can not warranty any door that is painted a dark color such as black. Dark colors absorb the heat and will crack or split the door and panels in a very short time, especially if the door is facing the sun all day and has no overhang protection. We also offer Fire Rated doors to comply with city building regulations, and can create door replicas for restoration projects.
